  • Ova Afrique Design currently only ships across the globe. Shipping fees within countries is subject to change based on the time of year or promotional offers of our couriers.

  • All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-5 days. This processing time only refers to the time orders are properly put together and sent out for shipment. This time does not include the shipping time it takes for customers to receive their orders. 

     

    Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding Canadian holidays).

  • Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact info@ovaafrique.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

  • All orders will be given a tracking number to track the progress on their orders.  Please allow 3-24 business days to receive orders after a tracking number has been issued. 

  • Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to additional fees and customs inspections.  In the event that additional charges are applied whether taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees etc., it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees.  Ova Afrique Design cannot be held accountable for import laws, nor are we responsible for additional fees applied to orders as a result of duties and taxes. 

  • Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

  • We will keep you updated via email, and we will send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive.

  • For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Still have a question? Email us at info@ovaafrique.com.

  • We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within. You can expect to see the refund applied to your account within 10 business days from the time of the refund, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Contact info@ovaafrique.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order has not already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • Please contact info@ovaafrique.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
