At Ova Afrique, we take pride in shipping your order as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed (for items in stock). For custom made orders, we will communicate with you when your order is ready to ship. We understand that you want your products as soon as possible and we will work diligently to get your products to you as soon as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. These shipping methods include standard shipping, priority shipping, and express shipping. We use Canada Post to meet your shipping needs within Canada which will usually be delivered within 3-8 business days depending on your location. Tracking number will be provided after order has been processed. DHL and UPS services are used for international orders which will be elaborated in another section below.
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the shipping method that is selected. The cost of express shipping is higher than the cost of standard shipping, but it is worth it for the faster delivery time. We offer free local shipping on orders of $150 (before any taxes and promotions are applied) and above.
We ship worldwide. DHL and UPS are the shipping options available for our international customers and delivery typically depends on your location. International shipping can be arranged for Europe and the rest of the world. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Depending on the country, the buyer may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery. Please note that you are responsible to pay your custom duties and other charges applicable by customs as Ovaafrique is not responsible for custom duties.
All purchases are processed within 1-2 business days. This period only refers to the time it takes for orders to be completely constructed and sent. The time it takes for customers to receive their goods via shipping is not included in processing time.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact email@example.com immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we would change the address for you. If your order is undeliverable or returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information, we will refund your order once we are notified that it has been returned/received. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable.
TRACK MY ORDER
All orders will be assigned a tracking number that may be used to trace their progress. Please allow up to 1 business day after receiving your tracking number for the status to be updated by the courier.
CANCEL AN ORDER
We're sorry you'd like to cancel your order! Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only orders that have not yet been processed for shipping can be canceled.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
Please contact us via chat or email at email@example.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. The carrier may require 5-10 business days to investigate.
You may check the status of your order by going to your account. We'll also send you an email as soon as your purchase ships, and we'll keep you updated via email.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
We'll get in touch with you and refund the full price of the item, as well as the value of the item on your card or account. Depending on your bank's processing procedures, you should have the refund applied to your account within 10 business days after receiving it.
