What is your refund & return policy?  

Refunds for Goods  

Due to Covid 19, current purchases are final sales once removed from our original packaging. 

Regular Refunds Policy: 

No refunds or exchange on our Afrocentric Beret, beads, and hand fans. 

For other orders, contact us via email at info@ovaafrique.com within 2 days of delivery to request a refund, NOTE "Item must be shipped back within 10 days to be eligible for refunds".  

We do not accept the return of damaged goods or broken goods especially if you have worn or used them. 

How to take care/ wash the clothes? 

● Hand washing is highly recommended, however, machine wash in cold water and  (delicate/gentle) settings. 

● Dry on low heat, hang to dry is highly recommended, and also avoid direct sunlight. 

● No overnight soak 

● For best results, inside-out ironing is recommended. 

Are your items true to size?   

Sizes vary depending on the fabric cut We have a sizing guide to assist you, However, we recommend you cross-check our sizing with your measurement.

Do you do custom orders?   

For custom-made orders, we will communicate with you when your order is ready to ship. We understand that you want your products as soon as possible and we will work diligently to get your products to you as soon as possible. 

How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?   

We generally respond within 24-hours. Office hours range from 12 pm AST –5.00 pm, Mondays – Fridays. We are not available on Saturdays and Sundays. 

How long does it take to ship my orders? And how long does delivery take?

Do you restock out of order? 

Our popular items can sell out fast, but we would try to see if we could restock.  In the meantime, you can  browse through our page, for more wonderful products.
